Modernisator and BKPM jointly organize the 14th Modernisator Speaker’s Forum, featuring Peter Senge. In this Forum, Senge will share his thoughts and experiences in the role of leadership in organizations.
Key Speaker: Peter Senge
Director of the Center for Organizational Learning, MIT Sloan School of Management
Peter Senge was named “The Strategist of the Century” by the Journal of Business Strategy, one of 24 men and women who have ‘had the greatest impact on the way we conduct business today’. His book “The Fifth Discipline” popularized the concept of the “learning organization”. Harvard Businesss Revies identified it as one of the seminal management books of the past 75 years.
He is the chair and co-founder of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), based in Cambrige, a non-profit membership organization. SoL also a part of a global community of coorperation. Senge currest areas of special interest focus on decentralizing the role of leadership in organizations to enhance the capacity of all people to work productively toward common goals.
